Delete Your Data
Last updated: May 22, 2026You can permanently delete your Next Inning account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains exactly what is removed and gives you two ways to do it: delete it yourself in one click while signed in, or send us a request by email.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile — name, email, phone number, home city/area, and avatar.
- The link between your account and Facebook (or any other sign-in provider).
- Your posts and replies on team and league boards, and any feedback you submitted, are detached from your name (anonymized).
- Your guardianship and fan links to player profiles, and your roles as a team manager, coach, league administrator, field owner, umpire, or tournament director are removed.
- Your umpire marketplace profile and the reviews you wrote.
For legal and financial reasons we retain non-identifying records that we are required to keep — for example transaction/payment records and game results — but these are unlinked from your personal account. Player profiles you created on behalf of a child are not automatically deleted, because other guardians or a team may still rely on them; to remove a specific player profile, delete it from that player's page before deleting your account, or ask us using the contact below.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself
Sign in first, then return to this page to delete your account in one click. If you signed up using Facebook Login, sign in with Facebook again to reach your account.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in — for example, you removed Next Inning from your Facebook account before deleting your data here — email us from the address on your account at privacy@nextinning.org with the subject "Delete my data". We will verify your request and delete your account and associated personal data, then confirm by email, within 30 days.
Removing Next Inning from Facebook

See our Privacy Policy for more about what we collect and why.
